Wrapping Fabric With Thread
- Cut a length of fabric roughly 30cm in length
- choose a thread that is not too fine
- Lay about 30mm of the wrapping of the thread along the end of the fabric and starts wrapping firmly over the fabric. You can also add wires so that you could be able to bend the fabric or just do not add any wire as it could be easier to glue easily if you are forming a shape.
- To finish off tie the end of the wrapping thread to secure

Remember!!
It is easier to work with series of short lengths of fabric then graft them together as the stitching progresses. If the lengths are too long the wrapping threads become tangled.
